1. Business Description (For Payment Processor Disclosure)
We provide in-person bartender training programs in California. Our courses range from one-day workshops to three-day and one-week professional training programs. Students attend live instructional sessions at our physical training location. No digital-only services are provided. Tuition covers instruction, training materials, and practical demonstrations.
2. Refund Policy – In-Person Training
Students may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the class start date is more than 7 days away.
If the refund request is made less than 7 days before the class start date, a 25% administrative fee may apply.
No refunds will be issued once the class has started.
Students may request a one-time reschedule with at least 72 hours notice prior to the class start date.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official support email.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By enrolling in any training program offered by Signature Bartender School, you acknowledge that participation in practical bartender training activities involves minimal physical risk. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You agree to release and hold harmless Signature Bartender School, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any liability for minor injuries or incidents that may occur during training sessions.
4. Terms & Conditions
Enrollment in any course confirms that the student agrees to all policies outlined in this document.
Tuition covers instruction and training materials only. Lodging, transportation, and external certifications are not included unless explicitly stated.
Signature Bartender School reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a transfer to the next available session.
